MTMS Children's Choir

The MTMS Children’s Choir, led by Meredith Wanstall, provides an opportunity for children to learn fundamental musical skills in a group setting. Young musicians benefit from learning music they would not normally encounter in their lessons, with genres ranging from Classical to Broadway to Canadian Contemporary. Children can look forward to developing their singing tone, breath control, and ability to read music through fun games and activities, in addition to the engaging repertoire.

Welcome Connor Doyle and The Rec Room!

We are excited to reveal our new digital music program The Rec Room! Run by our new Digital Music Specialist, Connor Doyle, this exciting new offering at Midtown Music School teaches students how to record and edit their own songs, as well as utilise the latest Digital Audio Workstation programs to create their own ensembles, from bands to orchestras and everything in between. You can learn how to score for film, television, and even video games. We can even help you transcribe it for other musicians to read.
